Minimum order and tiers
Minimum order quantities apply per product and variant. Quantity-based discounts unlock at defined tier breaks, and sample requests can be arranged through the quote desk.
Payments and international dispatch
Eligible Indian and international payments are processed through Razorpay, subject to merchant approval, with bank transfer available for commercial invoices. Dispatch timelines and customs requirements are confirmed at checkout.
Returns, refunds, and claims
Damage or shortage claims must be raised within the window stated in the Returns policy, with supporting photographs and order references. Refunds follow the Refund policy after inspection.

Compliance and privacy
